As a reminder, Knob Hill, like all of the other SMUSD schools, is a closed campus. 

We will allow families on campus, before school, for the first day. 

However, starting on Wednesday, August 17th only students will be allowed on campus when the gates are unlocked at 8:15.  A staff member will be posted at the gate by the library to allow students through. 

Please know that we do not want any parent to feel unwelcome at Knob Hill.  However, by closing the campus before and afterschool it gives us control over who has access to the campus and provides for an even safer campus.

Summary:

• 6:30 am – 7:00 am Gate unlocked for KOC parents to drop off
• 7:00 am - Gate is locked, and KOC families go through the office.
• 8:00 am – Cafeteria is opened for students only for early breakfast
• 8:15 am – Gate is open for students only.
• 3:10pm – Gates unlocked for student dismissal – staff member to monitor gates
